Camphor Mission Donations

Thank God for answered prayers.
The Peoria UMC has raised $10,000 for village students scholarships and salary support. When these funds arrive, this will help get the mission station current on salary. Monthly salary for 55 employees is $3500.

GreenValley UMC has raised $725 for feeding students for almost a month at Camphor Mission.

A member of the Wooster UMC recently donated $3000 for 2 water wells to be dug in a village around the Camphor Mission.

The Garfield UMC in Pepperpike, Ohio is partnering with the staff and congregation to meet the needs at the Garfield UMC at the Camphor Mission Station.

The Pedaling Parson's group of the East Ohio Conference is riding bikes this summer to support the work at Camphor Mission.

Many other donations come to Camphor through the GBGM advance Advance # 12548A, thank you.

The needs for water wells really have been met at this time. We will have funds for more wells than we can put in during this next dry season because of the amazing work of Geneva Rotary, Jordan Martin, Seville UMC, Stan Gault, and others. Churches and donors will need to get in line as Joshua can dig perhaps 5-7 wells a season. Praise God for the abundance! Clean water will always be a need, but it not only takes resources but time, accountability, and presence. There will be a time in the future when more funds are needed for clean water wells around Camphor . . .

But if you want your donation to go to work at Camphor NOW, here are ways you can support the mission.
The Camphor Mission Station continues to struggle with salary support, feeding boarding students, and maintaining an operating budget.

Your prayers and partnership with the Camphor Mission help change lives in Liberia.
